Carlton Creative & Consulting is led by Laura Carlton, a Master’s-qualified multidisciplinary designer and vocational education specialist with more than 20 years’ professional experience, including 18 years in the Australian VET sector.

Laura’s expertise spans regulatory compliance, governance, audit and assurance, vocational education, learning and assessment, instructional design and visual communication. This combination of technical and creative expertise allows Carlton Creative & Consulting to develop solutions that are not only compliant and practical, but clear, usable and well considered.

Recent clients and projects have included NSW Rural Fire Service, Intertrain, Lifeline Australia, Nurse Training Australia, Your Doctors and Martin Place Doctors, spanning government, not-for-profit, vocational education and healthcare environments.
